What should you expect?
Appearing on TV or in magazine can be exciting and fun. You will be exposed to new experiences and and will meet new people from the national press or your favourite television programmes.

The People Agency will work with you, as one of our case studies recruits, to ensure that you are happy with everything you do.

We will be on hand to talk you through the media process and make you are aware of what happens when.

As soon as you agree to take on an assignment we will be with you every step of the way.

Different types of work
There are different types of work you may be offered as a member of The People Agency:

  • In the press (e.g. on the health pages, in the beauty
sections, in the motoring or personal finance supplements)
  • On TV (e.g. on a talk show, daytime programme or current affairs show)
  • On the radio (e.g. on a discussion programme or phone-in)
  • With a public relations agency (e.g. to illustrate a product or service to the press on behalf of a company – such as working for Nokia to trial a new phone for a feature in the Daily Mail or working on behalf of Nurofen to tell a journalist from Men’s Health magazine about your migraines)
  • With a market research agency (e.g. to sit on a ‘focus group’ – such as a room of mums talking about nappies so Pampers can understand more about their market).
